and they sit on metal hooks so they pop out for easy cleaning. I never even thought about how I was going to clean them!

We are still losing some space (this view will soon be impossible due to countertop). To prevent things from falling off the racks and truly getting lost (cuz there ain't no easy way to get back there), L is going to install a "false" wall up next to the unit in closed position.

The plan is to use this for pots and pans (in other words, all "big" stuff as it's right next to the stove. I was so tired of bottles of vinegar or bags of croutons falling off the lazy Susan into the Bermuda Triangle Cabinet Corner.
