One long week....

This will be a brief post, after a l-o-n-g week.

I finally got some pix of the exterior lighting. Here's the garage entry lights:

and here's the light next to the side entrance into garage. The lights at sliding doors in back are this same style, just larger.

We continued priming the walls and ceilings. It's all white so far, with one small exception. L painted the area around the laundry sink, because that's now in place and will stay there.

This morning, the three of us moved the washer, the dryer and my computer desk all into the addition. This is because these items would be too big and difficult to navigate round the corner on the current back stairs. The washer and dryer had to go around the long way because they were wider than the opening in sliding glass door. I can't believe we did all this in the space of about 60-90 minutes, given that L is slightly disabled, I'm fat and lazy, and The Kid couldn't wait to get to Grandma's house, which I'm sure was lots more fun than working with/for Mom and Dad (grin). L got me set up with a new folding table for my temporary desk until the office is fully setup with network/internet connections, etc.

Tomorrow, I head back to work, which should be a piece of cake after painting 456,325 square feet of wall and ceiling. Well, it feels like that much. Truly.
